Our prime Spit-roasts are always a talking point whatever your event. The lamb-roastSpit roasting machine can be used inside your Kitchen, Marquee or outside in the garden, whatever the weather or time of year which in our extremely changeable climate is one less thing to worry about! No smoke just a nice aroma tickling the taste buds, part of the theatre of the day, everyone will want to find out how long it takes and the most asked for question at any party “can I have a piece of the crackling?”

Just to thank Nick for a delicious pig on Saturday. The crackling was the best I’ve ever had. Many complements from guests on the night and since then too.

Spit Roasts can be part of the main menu, complete with starters, accompaniments, puddings and coffee or as a Cook and Carve for perhaps later in the evening with local floury Baps, what ever the occasion we can supply the complete package.
